Okay, you have been through the BloomChic FAQ section and still can't find what you are looking for, got it. Now, it is time for you to reach out to BloomChic's award-winning customer support team. There are two primary ways to get in touch with them that are not social media-related (we will go over those in the next section, though). I will outline those two ways below. But def. remember one thing: everything starts from their Contact Us page and branches out from there, ya heard? Alright, then, let's get it!

The first way to get into contact with BloomChic is via their "We'd love to hear from you!" form, located directly, heart and center, of the Contact Us page. Simply fill it out with your first name, your last name, your email address, your message, and click the "Submit" button. Typically, they take approximately 24 hours to 72 hours to reply. From what I can tell from my research, they tend to be on the quicker side of that range. That is the "We'd love to hear from you!" form.

Next (and last) is simply to email BloomChic. And, to be completely honest, those emails are going to be fielded by the same customer support team members as the "We'd love to hear from you!" form. So, they are essentially or, moreover, exactly, the same thing. One you initiated from the BloomChic website; one you initiate from your own email account; that is the only difference. For both of these communication methods, I would certainly recommend that you are thorough and specific with your first message.
