For physicians there is a dedicated line, and that number is 800-237-6999. Elite Learning's hours of operation range from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time (Monday through Friday) and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Time on Saturday! I looked into some reviews on their customer service, and from what I can find, it appears their support squad is top notch! Friendly tones, knowledgeable skill set, eager to help, and just plain ol' excellent! Give 'em a call, say hey!

Now for social media! Okay, this is lackluster, just to keep it 100. We are going to just zip right by this sub-category because Elite Learning, from what I could find, is kind of dropping the ball in this arena. But, to keep it positive, perhaps it is not as necessary with their other modes of communication. And my guess is the representatives that cover the phone lines are dedicating a portion of their shift each day to responding to emails, as the commentary around their knowledge base, courtesy, responsiveness, and so on & so forth are basically the same things I heard about the phone reps.
